Stairs are a little tricky, but property manager made me aware before I arrived, and let me know enough in advance if I wanted to change my mind, before the cut off cancellation time. Enough room for my fur baby, a little Pomeranian who made herself right at home. A few step ups in hose on first level, not one level floor.
