"My experience overall at this property as poor-average. It served its purpose as just a place to sleep as we were out with family for most of each day. However, it was not worth the price-tag of about 300 per night. I would have been much more disappointed if this was to be our primary vacation location. Neighborhood is nice, friendly, walkable. Felt safe, secure. Keyless door access system was helpful. 2 AC units plus fans kept the apartment comfortable temperature wise. Cleanliness was 5/10....

We were comfortable, the property was clean and well maintained. The fully stocked kitchen fed our party of 13 so well! The two condos were across the hall from each other and easy to get back and forth. The neighbors were friendly and communicated politely their needs for parking."
