I was unable to stay at this property due to an unsafe environment. I reached out to the host immediately, and they did not respond until 24 hours later and did not provide any assistance. Graduate by Hilton East Lansing
This has been our favorite hotel for years, however, we’re disappointed with our stay this time. Our bathroom was not clean, the front desk staff seemed indifferent, and the valet never checked in our car making it difficult to find.

We stayed here for a school convention. They were very patient with the kids and check in and check out was very easy. Its an older hotel so its condition is ok but they are working on renovations.
