"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel was so disgusting that I feel obligated to warn other travelers. From the moment we walked through the front doors, I was horrified. The carpet in the lobby and hallways was absolutely filthy. I have never seen hotel carpet in such poor condition. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years and made an awful first impression. "Check in was fast and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay, standard food, they had a pancake maker."

"There needs to be updates. It's ludicrous to ask for a $100 incidental. Every time I got on the elevator, it was wet. No housekeeping daily. The light in my room kept flickering. The pool area needs to be updated. The sausages were undercooked. I let the staff know, and the girl came out and added water to the eggs. How do you not have a lobby restroom on the first floor."
