Wonderful Villa with everything you could possibly need. Heated pool at 30/32C. Very quiet neighbourhood minutes from the bay. Shops, supermarket, restaurants all nearby. Great outdoor spaces for eating entertaining. 3 TVs with cable connection. (Limited English channels but you can use Netflix)

The house was amazing, and exceeded the photos and description in the listing. The property is presented to a very high standard, and is extremely well equipped. Pool was perfect for lounging around and the neighbourhood is quiet. Try the restaurant on the seafront, it's great! The host was friendly and welcoming, and despite our lack of French was able to explain everything clearly. We would happily return.

The house is fantastic, the pool, the garden and all of the facilities were great and it more than lived up to expectations. The location is great for exploring the Arcachon Bay and the area around the house is really quiet so a great place to relax around the pool. It was very hot when we stayed and despite no air conditioning the house stayed cool. The owners are very friendly and helpful explaining everything you need to know and despite our French being poor we could understand. Definitely recommend.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist genauso wunderschön, wie auf den Bildern. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Zu den Atlantikstränden kommt man mit einer halbstündigen Autofahrt und auch Bordeaux ist in einer Stunde erreichbar. Unser Vermieter Jean war sehr nett, wir haben uns mit Händen und Füßen verständigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder .

Nous avons été accueillis par Mr Bousquet de manière très chaleureuse et il a su se rendre disponible pour toute information. La maison et ses environs sont tout à fait charmants. Ce que l'on recherche lorsque l'on veut profiter du bassin d'Arcachon. Proches de tous les services, la maison a rempli nos espérances et nous y avons passé une semaine très reposante. Le calme, l'espace et les équipements sauront ravir n'importe quel vacancier. Très très gros coup coeur pour notre première fois sur Abritel. NOUS RECOMMANDONS VIVEMENT !!

Nous avons été très bien acceuilli par le propriétaire et avons passé une très agréable semaine dans cette magnifique villa située à 2 pas du bassin dans un quartier très calme. La villa est superbe, rien ne manque, elle est conforme au descriptif et aux photos, idéalement située pour visiter le Cap Feret et les alentours. Nous avons bien profité des promenades du bord de mer et de la piscine qui frolait les 30 degrés. Nous ne pouvons que conseiller cette location.

Dans un quartier chic et calme, la maison à l'extérieur déjà nous séduit ainsi que l'immense piscine, Jean-Marc nous présente l'intérieur décoré avec goût par sa charmante épouse. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La maison est géniale, très bien conçue, très bien équipée, spacieuse.. Mon fils 8ans et ma fille 14ans ont fort apprécié la piscine, ils y ont passé bcp de temps ! Les parents aussi d ailleurs !😉 Lanton est un village très calme mais à proximité des commodités, restaurants, commerces , balades sur le littoral ... L accueil des propriétaires très chaleureux , à l écoute et à disposition très rapidement si besoin. Bref ... nous avons passé 1 très belle semaine 😍 Merci !!

Ein sehr sehr schönes Haus, toll eingerichtet, super sauber mit sehr viel Platz und liebevoll gestaltetem Garten und tollem Pool. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und super hilfsbereit. Wir hatten auf dem Weg in die Ferien einen Unfall und die Vermieter haben uns immer wieder ihre Hilfe angeboten und alles möglich gemacht! Sehr gerne werden wir dort irgendwann wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen

Nous vous recommandons vivement cette propriété où nous avons passé une superbe semaine! La maison est très bien équipée, agencée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Les extérieurs sont très agréables : plusieurs espaces de détente et de repas, un très joli jardin, une piscine chauffée et très grande. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'attention portée sur le fait de nous mettre à disposition du matériel pour notre bébé, MERCI. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires très sympathiques. La maison est magnifique, grande, très propre et très bien équipée. Les extérieurs sont parfaits : cuisine d'été, grande terrasse avec zones repas ombragées, nombreux bains de soleils, le jardin est très joli... La piscine est très grande et très bien chauffée. Taussat est un bon point de départ pour découvrir le bassin.

Magnifique maison très confortable, très bien équipée, au calme, et parfaitement entretenue. Piscine avec belle terrasse en bois très fonctionnelle. Repas pris sous la pergola matin, midi et soir. Jardin agencé avec goût et les palmiers, oliviers et sapins se marient à merveille. Situation idéale pour découvrir le Cap Ferret, Arcachon et la Dune du Pilat. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine de vacances. Tout était parfait et nos hôtes très accueillants.

Belle maison d'architecte lumineuse, très bien entretenue et parfaitement équipée. Une piscine chauffée à 28 °,une pergola pour déjeuner, un espace barbecue et plancha pour le diner complète le tout. Sans oublier le jardin exotique très réussi, il est agréable de s'y perdre… La situation géographique de cette demeure moderne entre Arcachon et le Cap Ferret est idéale pour découvrir le Bassin. Nous recommandons vivement ce havre de paix! Bonnes vacances.

Ce fut un plaisir (trop court !) partagé par toute la famille que de séjourner dans cette très belle maison. Le jardin est magnifique, la maison très fonctionnelle et agréable à vivre. Géographiquement très bien située vis à vis de tout le bassin d'Arcachon. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et sympathiques. Si nous n'avions pas été tenus par le temps nous serions volontiers resté discuter autour d'un café. A très bientôt !
