    - Land side, Bordeaux, classified World Heritage 45km, the Route des Vins and the prestigious castles of the Medoc 40km.
    - Walk along the coastal path of the port of Cassy at Suzette beach. Sublime walk.
    - Pedestrian shopping and shopping area of Andernos which overlooks the beach with gourmet break.

    It offers 100m2 of comfort and neat decoration and welcomes 5 people.

    Inside: a spacious living room of 70m2 overlooking a fully equipped kitchen, a TV / lounge area, a dining room and living room overlooking the garden. Thanks to the 4m opening of the bay, it gives an impression of living outside.
    Outside: a garden of 800m2 including a big terrace of 30m2 with barbecue, living room of garden, deckchairs, modern decoration and illuminated the evening for evenings outdoors. The garden is landscaped: on the menu, slates, pebbles, palm trees, Olivier, bowling.

A beautiful property. Spotlessly clean. Jacqueline and Jean-Claude were the perfect hosts. Very easy to communicate with and always very responsive. Incredibly well equipped, everything you need for a perfect stay. We loved it and would recommend in the highest terms.

Belle Location avec des propriétaires exceptionnels!

Belle location de charme climatisée avec tout le confort et des abords trés bien tenus et soignés. Commerces accessibles à pieds, tout comme le bassin.Environnement sauvage à proximité pour les amoureux de la nature et des oiseaux.A peine 1h pour se rendre dans le vignoble Bordelais.Et puis nous remercions encore Jacqueline et Jean Claude pour leur accueil chaleureux, et les conseils reçus en fonction de nos affinités !Ce fût un réel plaisir de les rencontrer. Absolument parfait !

Que dire de plus mis à part que du début à la fin, tout a été absolument parfait.La maison, superbe, d’une propreté impeccable, que ce soit à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur, et idéalement placée. C’est un lieu de vie extrêmement agréable qui nous a fait un pincement au cœur lorsque nous avons dû le quitter.Les propriétaires nous ont réservés un accueil très chaleureux et sont d’une gentillesse rare. Un grand merci à eux pour cet excellent séjour.

Allez y sans réfléchir

Il conviendrait d’être dithyrambique sur cette location. À un prix abordable vous bénéficiez d’hôtes charmants et à l’accueil chaleureux. Une maison propre du sol au plafond et disposant d’une literie parfaite. La décoration a été faite avec beaucoup de goût. Il ne manque rien y compris pour les loisirs extérieurs. Idéalement placé dans le bassin car équidistant d’Arcachon et du Cap Ferret. Pour sûr, nous reviendrons pour un séjour sans doute plus long. En numéro 1 ex-æquo de nos différentes locations de vacances.

Des vacances parfaites dans une superbe maison de vacances

Notre séjour dans cette maison de vacances a été tout simplement parfait ! Après un long voyage de 15 heures depuis l'Allemagne, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par les propriétaires. Malgré notre arrivée tardive, ils ont pris le temps de nous donner une présentation complète de la maison et de ses environs. Toutes nos questions ont été répondues avec soin et amabilité, ce qui nous a permis de nous sentir immédiatement à l'aise. La maison est spacieuse, très propre et idéale pour une famille. La climatisation a été très appréciée, surtout pendant les journées chaudes. Tout a été pensé pour rendre notre séjour confortable, et la qualité des équipements est irréprochable. Le jardin est un véritable petit coin de paradis, parfait pour se détendre. Nous avons adoré prendre nos repas en plein air, que ce soit au petit-déjeuner ou au dîner. Le jardin offre suffisamment d'espace pour se relaxer et jouer. Le terrain de pétanque, bien entretenu, à côté de la maison, a été un autre point fort. Nous avons passé plusieurs soirées à y jouer, tout en savourant un verre de vin. C'était une belle façon de terminer nos journées. Le parking devant la maison est très pratique, avec suffisamment d'espace pour notre voiture, ce qui a été un avantage non négligeable. En résumé, nous recommandons vivement cette maison de vacances. Séjour à Cassy/Lanton en juin 2024

Idéalement placé sur le bassin d'Arcachon pour accéder sans difficultés à tous les sites et curiosités, cette maison offre un excellent confort et dispose de tous les équipements attendus pour un parfait séjour. Pour les amateurs de vélo, la Vélodyssée se trouve à quelques centaines de mètres. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et prévenants. Ils sont également de très bon conseil pour aider les vacanciers à découvrir leur jolie région. Nous avons passé deux excellentes semaines!
