Beautiful little house typical of the Bassin d'Arcachon, ideally located 1km from Cassy beach in Lanton, renovated and functional for 6 to 8 people max, 3 bedrooms. Living room, fitted kitchen, shower room, outdoor terrace and garden of approx. 300m2 with above-ground pool. The house is just a few minutes from cycle paths, the market and the first shops. Andernos, with its shopping streets and nightlife, is a 5-minute drive away, Lège cap-ferret with its magnificent Grand Crohot beach is 20 minutes away, and La Dune du Pyla and the Banc d'Arguin are 40 minutes away. There's plenty to do, including canoeing down the Leyre, taking a boat trip on the basin, eating seafood, going to night markets and free concerts, swimming in the ocean, visiting fishermen's huts, or taking the bike paths for a bike tour of the basin. This is the Arcachon basin, a world apart.

Location très décevante

Séjour et chambres de bonnes dimensions avec de grands lits. SdE très petite avec cabine de douche neuve et un toilette. (Pas assez pour accueillir théoriquement 9 personnes) Les propriétaires acceptent les animaux mais il ne faut pas les lâcher car route très circulante le long de la maison . La cuisine est très petite avec hotte aspirante sale et inutilisable. La cuisine ainsi que d'autres parties de la maison semblent encore en travaux (par exemple : pas de volet aux velux dans la chambre en Mezzanine, tuyauterie apparente sous l'évier). Le jardin est en friche, les bords en bois de la piscine très dégradés et les transats trop sales pour en profiter. Pour terminer, deux petits incidents désagréables: le portail voiture qui se dégonde et la TV qui ne fonctionnait plus la 2ieme semaine.
