LE COTISSOIS "The apartment in Lanvalley was the perfect starting point for exploring the area of Saint Malo, Dinard and Mont S. Michel. It Is situated just a couple of km away from Dinan and in the neighbourhood it is easy to find a bakery, bars and restaurants. The parking Is easy and free. The apartment is really cozy and equipped with everything (special mention tò the bathroom). We would have stayed longer."

LE COTISSOIS Logement conforme à l’annonce, très bien situé, par contre à notre arrivée le 27 avril nous contactons l’agence par sms pour signaler 2 stores cassés , vis à vis sur rue passante , sans réponse à ce jour du 03 mai ?????(ci joint message envoyé : Bonsoir, nous sommes bien dans l’appartement au 1er et non au 2eme , je vous signale les stores de la salle sont cassés et ça donne sur la route principale et nous obligeant à fermer les 2 rideaux à cause du vis à vis , bien cordialement, bonne soirée et bon week-end )

Quel bonheur de voir à quel point,tout a été réfléchi pour que le client se sente comme chez lui et croyez moi se fût le cas. Que de bonnes surprises!!!!Un confort incroyable et d'une propreté irréprochable!!! D'ailleurs,nous tenons absolument à remercier votre équipe de byonettoyage pour le devouement ,le sérieux et la qualité de leur travail.Nous nous sommes aussi délectés de toutes ces petites attentions constatées à notre arrivée . De plus,il est aussi important de signaler que ce logement est parfaitement insonorisé!Sommeil récupérateur garanti!!! Beaucoup de commerces à proximité : ce qui est très appréciable. Parking pour charger et décharger son véhicule. 🙁 La télévision est petite par rapport à la dimension de la pièce de vie, assis sur le canapé la télévision est loin et l'image petite. L'appartement est silencieux fenêtre fermée. LE COTISSOIS Le logement est parfaitement situé pour visiter les environs. Le salon donne sur la rue mais la chambre est au calme. La cuisine est tres bien équipée. Machine a laver et seche linge disponibles au rdc. Tout etait tres propre. Une petite remarque sur l'isolation acoustique avec le logement de l'etage superieur. Nous recommandons ce logement.
