"Really great hotel, staff and amenities — we visited mid-April, and unfortunately the main pool was too cold to swim in. We had a few chilly moments in the heated pool, but the only thing that would make this experience better are heated pools."
"Beautiful hotel. Lobby and Piano bar stunning. Pool area good and general facilities were very good. A little tired in places but didn’t detract from the general ambiance.
The food however was immensely disappointing. We were adults only so had access to Blue Moon and the Bistro Bar.
Blue Moon was lovely but the food at the buffet was cold and at times unappealing. The food served à la carte was cold and lacked flavour.
The main buffet restaurant was bland and very busy as often the buffets...
"Hôtel avec vue mer magnifique , personnel souriant et accueillant, chambre spacieuse mais manque un dressing supplémentaire et du mobilier (1seul fauteuil et un pouf)
Restauration bof bof(on avait opté pour la demi pension mais vu la qualité et surtout le bruit dans cette immense salle, hop hop à Playa blanca tous les jours dans un petit resto ) , jacuzzi extérieur qui n’en est pas un .. et enfin pourquoi démarquer les clients avec des bracelets de couleur différente (qu’on ne peut pas enlever)...
"Nice room. But I really didn’t like the cleaner simply walking in at 9am while I was getting ready for a shower. She did the same thing an hour later when I was working. Please tell staff they should at least knock and wait a few seconds for an answer before entering a room.
The WiFi is not particularly good.
The outdoor bars aren’t very nice and need more staff.
The food was ok though nothing special."
