Quiet and cozy ranch home - 6 minutes from the University of Wyoming

Private location on the edge of town with ample parking, yet just a quick drive to the center of Laramie. A comfortable home that features a private backyard with a deck for grilling and hanging out. The kitchen is fully equipped for those family gatherings that seem to bring out the chef in everyone. Many activities make this home a fun stop over. The garage can be used as a rec room or for parking. The garage is great for playing ping pong or throwing darts while watching the game. Play a game of cornhole or one of several board games if that's not your thing. The living room is cozy and has a TV, PS5, and an HDMI input on the console so you can bring your own gaming system or streaming platform. Also includes a Bowflex Max Trainer for those looking for a quick workout. A ring doorbell is present on the front door and has a wireless chime inside the home.

The home is situated on the edge of town with secluded street parking available on the side that can accommodate larger trailers.

NOTE: The ranch home does have a few steps that need to be scaled prior to gaining access to each available doorway and is not wheelchair accessible.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed staying here. It is very comfortable and had everything we needed! It has great games for the family to play and keep entertained. The host is friendly and easy to get in touch with.

Relaxing Stay in Laramie

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay in this beautiful home. Convenient location in nice neighborhood with easy access to Laramie, Snowy Range Mountains, and Vedauwoo areas. Home is clean and spacious with comfortable bedrooms, well-appointed kitchen, and awesome garage games! One of the best VRBOs we have stayed...excellent communication with host, as well. We will definitely reserve again for a future trip back to Laramie!

Even better than expected! Nice residential neighborhood. The home is very well cared for. Had all of the kitchen essentials, so it made breakfast and supper prep easy. We took sandwiches on the go to Snowy Range. Would definitely stay again!

The owner was absolutely great to work with in this stay. Roads were going to make it impossible to get there and he offered to let us come early if needed. The house was very clean and comfortable!

House is very clean and in a quiet area. We were in town for a high school state football game and it was just a short drive to the stadium. The owner was very easy to work with and replied to messages very quickly. This is a beautiful home with plenty of space. Would definitely rent this home again.

PERFECT!

From the booking to changes in plans to every detail of the stay…it was perfect. We were spoiled in our first VRBO experience. Cole was amazing and the house was too. The location was convenient to all UW activities and it was clean and stocked with anything we could possibly need.

Long Weekend in Laramie

This house was just perfect for our long weekend visit to our daughter who is a student at UW. The house is extremely clean, well kept and modern, and in a very quiet neighborhood! We spent most of the time in the kitchen, either cooking, playing cards or board games. Communication with the owner, Cole, was great! We will most definitely be booking this house for every upcoming visit over the next three years!

Perfect welcome to Wyoming

We brought our daughter over 800 miles to college and spent the week vacationing while she had her introductory classes and social events. We were so comfortable in the home and the owner thought of everything. As a self proclaimed chef the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our time here and we’re sure we will be back.

It’s in the details

This was by far the best rental I’ve stayed in. Every detail was thought through. It was clean, roomy, and fab location just a quick 2 miles to everything in Laramie. Nothing was worn but rather well taken care of. Great coffee service area. Great sitting area and great play area in the garage. We loved it and would definitely rent again. Wish the owners/managers of this rental were in charge of all of them.

Wonderful Home

We loved our stay! The property is clean, very well stocked, easy to find, and very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and close to town for restaurants or errands. Our group of 6 had plenty of space to spread out and enjoyed having a great home to relax in after skiing. We appreciated the small touches like lamps that have USB ports to charge our devices and labels on light switches to easy find switches for fans/lights. We will be back! A Delightful Stay

If comfortable and clean are what you are looking for, this is a great place to stay. We gathered here to share the holidays with family who live in town. It easily accommodated 2 couples staying there and 4 other family members who came to hangout and share meals. The kitchen was wonderful with everything you could want to cook. It is in a quiet neighborhood, which we loved, but some might not want to be removed from the downtown core or university area. That being said, Laramie is small and it only takes a few minutes to drive anywhere. We will definitely be back. Although we had no need to reach out to Cole, the owner, he was very thorough in sending checkin instructions, as well as giving us a message for an internet outage in the region. There are plenty of games we enjoyed as well as the PlayStation. This was our first time staying at this home, but won’t be the last.

This is the best VRBO that we have ever had the pleasure to stay in. We were able to check in early without asking and the host has thought of everything! All we really needed was our clothes. There was plenty of drip coffee, laundry pods and other essentials. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable and the bedding was so soft. The air conditioning worked great and the recliners in the living room were so comfortable and relaxing. Even better was the PlayStation 5 and the Pingpong table! We had such a blast! The location was so close to town with great restaurants and within an hour of Medicine Bow National Park which was amazing! We can’t wait to stay here again!
