"We spent a very enjoyable week in picturesque Chiusdino. Loved the little town with shops and restaurants (our tip: il minestraio!) within walking distance and great views of the countryside. Went to Siena, Firenze and San Gimignano and walked to the abbey of San Galgano. The house is spacious with 2 big bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is equipped with plenty of towels. "You have all the amenities of a large, historic villa - and also the real farmland all around you. Sheep, horses, dogs - beautiful, and not in your personal space (unless you want them to be!). "Close to tourist places and easy to travel to sites. The hosts were the best and the cooking class and food was incredible!! It is peaceful and the views are beautiful. I would recommend to others but note the house is aging and needs refresh, the air conditioners did not work well, but is authentic in many ways."
