Overall a good experience. The room was clean and tidy when we arrived, and maybe I’d only ask for a little more soap and shampoo in the shower, but it was just a matter of asking at the front desk and it was solved. Also, I noticed a lot of trucks in the parking lot I’m not sure who they belonged to, whether guests or workers from nearby industries. The lot was crowded by the time we got there to sleep at around 9 pm.

Though the property's cleanines was acceptable, overall the hotel was terrible. I guess I've got what I've paid for. The security lock inside the room was broken, missing a part and the lock itself was like 100 years old. The breakfast wasn't ready at 6am, there was only decaf coffee and no juices. I asked the lady at the front desk about if there were orange juice and regular coffee available and she cutting me off dryly said "no" and she just kept doing what she was doing. So, I prepared myself waffles and the watery decaf coffee then when I sat to eat I saw this person leaving his muddy shoe on the food counter!. No staff personnel in the breakfast area, so anybody can do how he pleases and unattended about the food. Luckily –for you– I survived the lousy food, but this is one hotel to avoid at all costs.

We’ve stayed at this hotel before and unfortunately this visit was a letdown. Our non smoking room smelled horribly of cigarette. I did appreciate however that for a very large hotel it is very quiet.
