"A great little find close to so many destinations. We were able to go to Clearwater, St. Petes, and Tampa because it was so centrally located. A super safe area with lots of stores close by. Having 2 bathrooms and laundry right in the apartment was so convenient. It's close to the pool also. Communication with the owner was so easy. The bedrooms are a very good size. Great value for what you get."

"Property was just as advertised, plenty of room for my family. Cherie was quick to respond with any questions. My four stars on location is just because I am an avid biker and some rental companies would not deliver to this location. It is a quiet residential location, and she has the unit very well stocked so that was much appreciated! Would stay again! Thanks!"

Beds were very comfortable and the location near the intracoastal was close to everything you need. "This is and we had a wonderful time. The distance to the beach may be too much for some, but for us it was great for getting our exercise walking to the beach and also to restaurants. The condo was beautiful and we enjoyed meeting the neighbors. We hope to see you next year"

"Condominium complex was very well maintained. The pool and hot tub were pristine. The neighbors are super friendly and there are so many places to walk and ride your bike. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. The biggest issue we had is that bicycle theft is common and we had to bring our bikes inside at night which meant walking them up one flight of stairs. "Loved staying here and would definitely recommend this home. Our third VRBO stay in the last six months and it was the most comfortable. This property was excellently cleaned. Kids loved the foosball table and the pool. Beds were very comfy. My only request would be hooks or bars in the bathrooms for towels, clothes, etc."
