"Very accomodating and nice. Arthur made us feel welcome. There were 18 of us and they had plenty of seating available in the common areas for us and more. Breakfast could be better but not a deal breaker. It was still a great stay. "

"Great space for family time with little ones. The pool and fenced in yard provide entertainment for all. Pool table and bunk room was amazing ! Towels ,soaps, toilet paper and paper towels were plenty. The communication was efficient and response time prompt . I would rent again. "

"This property was a nice little get away. Quiet neighborhood and nice fenced in yard for kids to play. Bikes shown in listing were not in working condition when we got there. All tires were flat. There was no moped like shown in the listing. Garage and washer/ dryer could be a little more clean and tidy. Messaged host about the grill but never got a response. Overall it was a good stay except for the few things. Not a deal breaker, Would stay here again. "

"The place was great close to Publix grocery store around the corner and only 2.5 miles from the beach. The house is nice with gas BBQ and small pool. Bedrooms are good SIZE each with its own TV and ceiling fan."
