The location is fantastic. It's only 2 minutes walked from Roma Termini station. Close to Mercato Centrale and shopping areas. Staff was friendly and helpful. They provided excellent customer service. Room was great and clean. Breakfast was great. Highly recommended!

スタッフの対応は良かったが、シャワーのお湯がぬるかった。修理を依頼して、すぐ対応して貰ったが、暖かくなったのはその日だけで翌日からまた緩くなった。
