Situated in the Nob Hill district its rooms are elevated above ground level providing unparalleled city views, while avoiding ground level distractions. The property staff are friendly and professional providing amenities upon request. Thanks to the staff for providing bottled water to my room, as an extra. Great job in providing a convenient clean and easily accessible modern property to families and travellers with and without a vehicle. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. It was a great jumping off point for the many activities my kids and I wanted to do. The game room was fun! Obviously a free continental breakfast would be ideal. The bar with one person taking payments was really frustrating. It seemed like I was always behind a slow person who took forever. It was not the bartenders fault but a self-checkout for items would be better. The milk and cookies were a bit disappointing. Oreos in a bag was not what we expected. We thought it would be more like freshly baked cookies. One time they weren’t t even out. It was advertised and one of the reasons we chose to stay there because it seemed kid-friendly. Overall it was good, but could be better. "
