Very quiet and restful fantastic staff ,a shout out for Natalie and Marvina on reception.swimming pools large and great,worth upgrading to swim up rooms I enjoyed a swim every morning before breakfast straight out side my patio door.we didn’t take half board option but wish we had because we ate at all the restaurants linked to hotel and they were great.

I spend time choosing my hotel stays for specific requirements. Two days into my stay at the Jade, I was told the owners had decided to close the hotel early, leaving me 3 days adrift of my planned departure date. I was told I could move to sister hotel the Pearl, which is close by and that hotel would arrange a taxi, which it did. The Pearl is not an equivalent stay to the Jade. I was placed in a room directly over restaurant, with constant noise. Could not leave door to balcony open. The room stank of sickly sweet shake and vac style smell, which I couldn't get rid off, as room only had small door to outside, unlike my room at the Jade. Room service food was not great. Bed sheets felt damp. Outside, the sunbeds were all crammed together and hotel is overlooked on both sides. A few hours post arrival at the Pearl, I contacted Expedia and bought my return home forward 3 days. Not the relaxing holiday I was looking for. Will not return to either hotel as a result.

Very nice hotel right in front of the sea with nice pools, comfortable room and bed the only thing they need to improve it is the quality of food especially lunch.

Nicely located and close to snorkeling spots and walking strip that can take you to main street while walking by the shore. Staff are very freindly and food is good, fresh and nice varity. Would highly recommend to get a sea view room, it worth it.

Up the service level and it’s a five star.
Hotel was as lovely and clean as when I first went there for when they opened in 2019. Rooms are fab, amazing bed and generally all good. Let down by the poor service, especially from the pool bar and restaurants. Receptionists were good and efficient. Shame they didn’t recognise repeat clients though. At this stage I’d probably stay back at their sister property again, however that has similar staffing quality! Up the service level and it’s a five star.
