"The location of the hotel is very good for exploring the Tain L'Hermitage region just across the bridge on the other side of the Rhone. From here you can walk around the hill of Hermitage and visit the wineries. The hotel is in a grand building, stylistically refurbished and has a fantastic view from the outdoor swimming pool. The staff are young, enthusiastic and professional and the host was excellent in making suggestions for local restaurants and wine shops. I would recommend this hotel."

"Stayed there couple of times in 2022 and was really impressed - small, family run hotel with great restaurant and friendly, efficient staff. Fast forward to 2025 and nothing has changed. Super location, fantastic food, and really quiet at night. "

"Location is great, in reach of both Tain l'hermitage just by crossing the bridge and Tournon. Walls are very thin and we could hear the neighbours talking till about 2am. Bathroom is on the small side."

"Has potential but falls very flat with poor cleanliness and shockingly terrible service. We wanted to love this place, but our experience was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. When we first arrived, there were at least 20 dark hairs all over the bed sheets. When we alerted the front desk, their "solution" was to bring us a lint roller instead of changing the sheets. Because the hotel was sold out, we were forced to sleep in a dirty bed. Gross. The next day, they acted as if nothing...
