"Al parecer este hotel se mantiene abierto en invierno para alojar a una docena de trabajadores de empresas extranjeras con sede en Bilbao. "The Palacio was absolutely superb in so many aspects, great location, superb staff and welcome, magnificent appearance and brilliant food (dinner & breakfast). The room was stunning, so much space and a great outlook. Defo on the return bucket list"

"Great location, shops and restaurants all nearby. Good transport links, we got the bus from the airport and then it was just a maximum of a 10 minute walk to the hotel. We had a junior suite as we needed a family room and the inclusion of a coffee machine was much appreciated."
