à notre arrivée,nous avions réservé une chambre pour 2 personnes, mon mari et moi , nous avons demandé si notre fille pouvait se changer dans la chambre car elle allait à un mariage, ce qu’elle a fait et elle est ensuite repartie. Mais avant de pouvoir accéder à la chambre, la personne qui était à l’accueil, m’a demandé de régler le montant de la chambre. Je l’ai donc réglé et me suis rendue compte ensuite que j’avais déjà réglé le montant sur Hotel.com.
