"Stay here 1 or 2 days a month when I’m in town to visit my kids. Very clean & very well maintained. I have stayed in the other hotels in same vicinity and none of the others compare. Staff is always very polite & helpful as well. Best smelling hotel in Tyler!"

"Every experience I had throughout the week was wonderful, very clean, convenient area to be in, and many amenities nearby. The staff was kind, and although I didn't partake in breakfast, it looked fine. If you stay here, be aware that Broadway gets plugged up, at all times of the day, so plan ahead."

"Awesome property, very clean and spacious. Beautiful views right now on the water. Check in and check was very easy, host was very responsive to questions. Would definitely recommend for a stay on Lake Palestine! Entry road to property is a little rough but the house is worth it!"
