"The staff was kind and attempted to be helpful, but our room had a horrible smoke and mildew smell. The staff was eventually able to move My room, but the replacement room still smelled bad. The floors were dirty (like had not been mopped in a very long time). It just felt rundown and not super clean."

"We had reserved two rooms for the Fourth of July weekend. We arrived late on Thursday night as we indicated we would be. Upon arriving, we were immediately shocked by the state of the lobby. Dark, not inviting, clearly old and rundown. We checked in and were even more shocked when we entered our rooms. Stains on all of the comforters, mold in the bathroom, growing on the shower curtains, and on the tile tiles. Dead bug in the ceiling light. Stains on the floors, air conditioner was spewing,...
