"Staff was very attentive and cordial. Breakfast is of a good quality and varied. Location is very convenient, only a few minutes walk from the world famous Aqueduct. I paid parking but I think it’s not strictly necessary because the surrounding areas have parking available although to your own risk."

"The first room we were assigned was over the disco, so the noise and bass vibration was a bit much. After that first night we asked to be moved and the new room was located away from the disco, which was great. The room was fine and the staff were nice. I don't think I have stayed in this hotel chain before so was probably was expecting a bit more than what was delivered."

"Great location close to city centre and train station. Staff helpful - offered free desert in restaurant. But the meal was disappointing - staff wanted to close and so was rushed - no free desert after all."
