"Great views and bird watching. Clean. Nice rural area and secure parking. Nice garden with fruit trees. I had a fresh pomegranate. Great place to see stars. Road and airport noise. Best to keep windows closed at night. Should verify all things are working before renter arrives. I shouldn’t have to fix the door or change the gas for the stove on first use. I was tired and hungry and am not familiar with gas."

"The property is fully fitted out as a holiday home. Everything apart from a washing machine. Beautiful garden and vista towards the coast and mountains. Getting to the home is challenging, very steep single track roads some very narrow and off road. Our small hire car found it challenging. Take the wrong route and you can easily get lost. Some routes too steep for my car. Some clear maps would really help. "

Die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen, sehr gemütlich…der Gegenentwurf zu den fürchterlichen Bettenburgen unten an der Küste… Wir haben uns sehr über den Willkommensgruß in Form von landestypischen und leckeren Naturalien gefreut. "Wir hatten 2 tolle Ferienwochen auf Teneriffa. Die zentrale Lage im Norden machte es einfach, Tagesausflüge nach Ost, West und zum Teide zu organisieren. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und während unseres Aufenthaltes vom Vermieter um- und versorgt.Die Unterkunft ist sehr urig und für 2 Personen wunderbar. Der Pool und die Außenanlage sind wie beschrieben und laden zum relaxen ein. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt - wir können zu 100% weiterempfehlen."

"Die unglaubliche Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft von Maria, ihr Obst- und Gemüsegarten, der phantastische Blick über Bananenplantagen auf den Atlantik und nach La Gomera, dazu die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit der Finca machen den Aufenthalt ganz besonders. Die nahegelegenen Küstenstädtchen Alcalá und San Juan sind noch einigermaßen authentisch im Vergleich zu Los Gigantes oder Las Americas. "Our second stay in 3 months at this hotel, and the reason for this, is because it’s amazing, from the spacious rooms, to the restaurants on site, the spa, the gym and the amazing roof terrace. The staff are always friendly and nothing is too much trouble."

"Pour une vacance d’une semaine, l’environnement est merveilleux. Belle présentation, les déjeuners étaient variés, copieux et délicieux. L’entretien journalier favorisait la détente autant dans les chambres que dans l’espace de la grande piscine. Le seul aspect négatif mais qui n’est absolument pas du ressort de l’hôtel, cette région au nord de Tenerife est assez nuageuse en juin. Beau séjour!"

"Great option for budget Before mentioning any negatives, I want to start by saying the staff were amazing and highly professional. The person who greeted us was one of the best hotel staff members I’ve ever encountered and truly deserves recognition. It’s also worth noting that this is a 3-star budget hotel, so expectations should be set accordingly—you generally get what you pay for. The main building has great charm, being over 300 years old, which adds character to the stay. We booked a budget room (Room 104), which had a small courtyard but lacked any real views. One of the major concerns was the lack of air conditioning. Although units are present, they don’t work effectively. During summer, the island gets very hot, and the room often felt like an oven, which made it uncomfortable at times. The pool is small but serves its purpose well as a place to cool off. There is also a sun terrace with around 40 loungers, which is a nice touch. Breakfast was included, but as part of a budget offering, the hot food could have been better. It was often cold, and unfortunately, the plates provided didn’t fit in the microwave to reheat the food. The bathroom was missing sink plugs for both the sink and the bath, which was inconvenient. It would also have been a big improvement if the room had a fridge. On the positive side, the hotel is in a great location in a lovely town, ideal for those looking for a quieter holiday"

"We got the all inclusive package and the staff was consummating to my friend that is gluten free. The staff is not all bilingual if you do not speak any Spanish. The hotel was nice. There is no AC in the summer just heat. The heated pool was not warm. Pools were fairly dirty. We loved the location and the meals. Breakfast ends a little early but overall it was very convenient and well worth the money"
