As with all my reviews, I'll offer my humble opinion. Pros: The hotel is literally in the heart of the city, making it convenient for anyone visiting Bani. It also has a restaurant and parking, which is more convenient than other hotels in the area. Customer service is exceptional, and the security staff are friendly and professional. The room size was adequate, and the air conditioning worked very well. Cons: The room I stayed in was comfortable, but I had a bad experience with the bed and room service. One of the decorative pillows had a stain that played with my imagination because it was not embedded but appeared dry, which made me doubt the cleanliness. Additionally, the sheets were not well washed. The bed was not very comfortable but did its job. However, what I really didn't like was a crack near the air conditioner, through which a lot of water came in during a heavy rain one night. Overall, the service was very convenient, and the customer service was exceptional. I would definitely use this hotel again when I return to my hometown, Baní."
