The hotel once managed to register me pending finding the reservation or charging me again, it gave me the room that did NOT match the photos in the publication, the room was disgustingly dirty, all the windows with animal feces and The bedding was outside the minimum standards of any accommodation. 3. I had to urgently pay for another Hotel through Expedia as you can see in my reservations, at a highly higher price until I was able to find a hotel with a stay for those dates. I request that you review the case before making the claim to the credit card and initiate the corresponding actions."
