"We were a couple staying in a private room with a shared bathroom. The hostel staff were all lovely with varying levels of English but were all happy to help. "Everything was fine for a budget accommodation. Only real problem was that there was an overbooking so at check in they upgraded me to a better room without telling me and I only realized later when I saw they charged me more money for it. They eventually refunded me most of the difference back to the originally quoted price"

"I don't like to give bad reviews, and the main girl / owner was nice but....Unfortunately this was a real disappointment - the hostel is absolutely filthy, and worst of all they only have 2 tiny bathrooms for the whole hostel - that means if someone is in the shower or using the toilet there is nowhere to go - including ALL the dorm customers etc - for that many customers it is unacceptable really!
