Our room was immaculate. Bathroom amenities were much appreciated and staff were friendly and supportive. Food selection in the restaurant was plentiful, varied and well prepared. We will definitely be returning to this resort. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Hotel has beatifull gardens and A plus beach, very clean rooms but could deffinitive used an upgrade, overall the staff is nice and propper, very dissapointed on the restaurants as it say 5 restaurants, yes they have 5 restaurant but they only open one of them per nignt, as you can imagine the line to eat, we ended at the buffet most of the nights. Alcohol quality is horrible, even with the purchase of VIP,only one type of beer, wine or champane available in the hotel which they were very poor quality. I do not recommed the property.

We had an amazing experience at this resort! Very clean rooms, entertainment throughout the day and night, an absolutely GORGEOUS beach area and the best part was the incredible staff who truly made this trip so enjoyable!!! The manager Sarah is top notch and provides a very personable approach to her position! The entertainment staff was very friendly and puts a lot of effort into engaging guests in a variety of fun! Bartenders and food staff were kind and provided great customer service. The beach area was kept extremely clean and had the most amazing views. It’s in a very remote area with no other resorts around so you feel like you have your own piece of heaven! The pool areas were also beautifully designed and kept extremely clean thanks to the grounds/cleaning staff! Truly a great destination away from all the commercialization of most of the resort areas in the DR! Would highly recommend this resort and we can’t wait to return!!

Nice resort in Las Galeras, very nice private beach and other beaches in the area. Room is spacious and comfortable bed. Food is ok, you have exactly what you paid for. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel, would come back, you get what you pay for honestly. Could have some updates but doable. The major thing that we disliked was there was an issue with the ac all throughout the hotel and the waited until after the check in was done to bring it to attention. At this point, it was almost 5pm, a group of 9, where could we go around there where is very secluded. All the hotels around were sold out. My husband and i ended up going to sleep in the car with our 2yo because the room was so humid, like the floor was wet as if it was just mopped and even the bed felt wet. I just couldn’t. The guest service said “we working on it”, people were sleeping in the balconies. We shouldve gotten a refund for the troubles but they werent doing anything to accommodate us. Its sad because its a nice hotel overall but damn.

The property itself is in a beautiful location, but unfortunately our stay was very disappointing. Our room was not clean when we arrived, and the air conditioning did not cool properly, making the room uncomfortable. The food was probably the biggest disappointment. The quality and selection were not what I would expect from a Wyndham all-inclusive resort. Service was also inconsistent. The best part of our stay was the bar staff, who provided great service, and the karaoke, which was fun and entertaining. Samaná is absolutely beautiful, but this resort needs major improvements in cleanliness, room maintenance, food quality, and overall service. Based on our experience, I would not return.

The place is very clean an staff is good in most of the areas, security staff is a bit rude and don't work with the client experience. They offer premium drinks when they don't have premium drinks, so be aware of that. but overall good price, clean food is good and staff at the front desk and in the bar are amazing

Very clean and well maintained. Super friendly and helpful staff. They need to improve the food varieties and quality as well as service on the restaurants. Signs of short staff and slow service will leave you waiting extended time for a table.

Amazing stay at Wyndham Alltra Samaná! The service was excellent from start to finish. A special thank you to Reynaldo for his outstanding attention, kindness, and professionalism—he truly made our stay even more special. Also, a big thank you to the entire staff for being so friendly and welcoming. The spa experience was incredible, and the ladies there were amazing. The massages were 10/10! We can’t wait to come back!
