"Everything was excellent. The only bad experience we had was at our mexican dinner. Rude waiter kept telling us that we had to order quick , that he did not have the time. Also the pregnant woman was so rude to us. The roof was leaking on my neck and whaen i asked if we could move tables or even move the table , it seemed like they were upset about it. Especially the pregnant woman. There was a very nice lady who was serving the water which was extremely nice. She made the difference. I think her name was gloria but not sure. Other than that experience, everything else was great 👍 "

"We absolutely loved our stay here, the staff from arrival to departure were friendly, courteous, and helpful. There was ample entertainment, iguanas walking around, music, playing, friendly interactive staff , plenty of food, and right on the ocean. The 24-hour gym was convenient, well stocked , and the spa was very clean, comfortable, and came highly recommended. Definitely agree! Oralia was a wonderful masseuse! Although this is our first time here, it was recommended, and we agree that it's better than a couple that we've been to and even paid more for. You won't be disappointed. Rob"

"Our first time at an Adults Only resort and was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was inviting and the staff went beyond to make your stay as wonderful as possible. Will definitely be back!"

"The hotel itself was amazing, beautiful pool and room! Loved the water falls right by the elevators! So therapeutic! They also had an amazing breakfast buffet! Everything was delicious! Only thing we didn’t appreciate is that despite paying in cash when we were done eating at the buffet, they still charged our room and we found out during check out! They claimed that they will fix it and that they will grant the proper refund and they just needed more communication in that part but other wise, this hotel/resort is 10/10! "
