"Lovely property, really well placed within Las Palmas for restaurants, the beach and several attractions. The sunny private outside space was a real bonus in a city area and much more spacious than the usual balcony.The apartment block was secure and quiet and well looked after, obviously full of permanent residents rather than holiday rentals."

"Overall this place was ok. We had issues with the bathroom towels, which were old, thin, and raggedy and the shower curtain, which was way too long causing my little grandson to trip and fall. There was also a strong scent of sewage in the apartment and the street area around it. I had to buy air freshener to stand it. Finally the overall cleanliness of the apartment was not great. "The property is in no way modern or flashy. It could do with an update so if this worries you, avoid. For us, the location was more important. Shops and restaurants in walking distance. There is only one indoor loo/ bathroom but the pool shower room is only a few steps outside. The pool was cold ...refreshing! "Where we stay was nice and quite we meet a few of the locals who are very nice our host was very lovely lady made us feel more than welcome showed us around the villa gave us the keys and left us to it she also helped with cab ect all in all we had a wonderful time and will be going back again "
