Accommodation of 27 m2 fully equipped and with capacity for 2 people.
Less than 5 minutes walking distance to Las Canteras beach and in the other direction also 5 minutes walking distance to the commercial area of Mesa Y Lopez.
Open plan kitchen with 3 ring ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer. It also has unlimited wifi connection.
The building was renovated in 2019 and is characterised by bright and soundproofed flats.
Fabulous to enjoy a relaxing holiday near the sea.

The place in the capital to relax, where time stands still and where you can do sport any day of the week, wearing a swimming costume, bikini, goggles and snorkel, paddle (beach rackets) or surfboard.

Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral in einem der belebten Bezirke von Las Palmas. Wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Bushof, Supermarkt 40 Meter entfernt, Bar im Haus direkt und mehrere in wenigen Metern Entfernung - perfekt. Das Internet könnte von der Geschwindigkeit her etwas besser sein, reicht aber für normalen Gebrauch problemlos

Een super verblijf gehad. Het is een mooi appartement, niet heel groot maar alles is aanwezig. Ik las in de recensie dat mensen last hadden van lawaai. Ja, 's avonds is het wat rumoerig maar dat heb je nu eenmaal in een grote stad. Ik heb er zelf geen last van gehad. De locatie is fantastisch, alles heb je op loopafstand. Als ik een vraag had, kreeg ik snel en een duidelijk antwoord. Bedankt voor het mooie verblijf.
