The property is located 400 metres from the best area of Las Canteras Beach and 1 km from the iconic Santa Catalina Park. Situated on Calle Juan Rejón, which gives it a peaceful atmosphere, with only the living room facing Calle Juan Rejón, while the other rooms overlook spacious inner courtyards.

The living-dining room has a Smart TV and features two large windows that provide great luminosity and connect to the balcony.

The kitchen is modern and spacious, with ample storage capacity and fully equipped, both in terms of appliances and utensils.

Lovely modern apartment near the beach

All the facilities where top class Nothing to fault except there are 6 steps up to the lift from the front door so with baby buggy need 2 people to carry it up which we managed but for a wheelchair user would be very difficult, should be specified on the website.
