Located on Maritime Avenue, a short distance from the sports pier, the beach of Las Alcaravaneras and the main street of Triana allows you to comfortably enjoy the main attractions of leisure, tourism, cultural and gastronomic of the city. From the bus station of San Telmo no direct connection to the airport, the tourist beaches of the south, the picturesque villages of the interior and the beautiful mountains of the center of the island.
Immediacy to the promenade to enjoy a promenade over 10 km along the banks of the sea frequented by hikers, sportsmen and families. This walk runs from the Yacht Club and Playa de las Alcaravaneras in the north, Muelle Deportivo, Fuente Luminosa and San Telmo-Triana Park, Vegueta, reaching the picturesque fishing district of San Cristóbal, where it is possible to taste local fish in its bars and restaurants, or approach the third beach in the city, La Laja, in the southern cone.

Very helpful host, convenient for amenities
We stayed a week, facilities to cook but also many restaurants in very easy walking distance. Nice small beach about 10-15mins walk away, bigger beach with waves further away, can walk or get the bus. Las Palmas is a big city with everything you could need. We really cyclists and there is a good bike hire place called Free Motion. There is also the long sea front path which is nice. The view from the apartment is very nice and you can see the various ships coming and going from the deep water port - including a drilling platform while we were there. There is a 50m pool for indoor swimming ‘Julio Navarro’ about 15 mins walk away you can swim for 3.50 EUR.

Nos hemos alojado 7 noches en este estupendo apartamento y ha sido una experiencia muy positiva. Teníamos absolutamente de todo (incluyendo cuna, trona, bañera y todo lo necesario para un bebé). El apartamento es muy acogedor, bonito, nuevo y tiene unas vistas fantásticas. Además, Esteban y Lourdes son super agradables y muy atentos en todo momento. Sin duda, repetiremos!

Comfortable apartment in a great location
We were guests in the apartment for more than 4 weeks with our small child, and really like to remember the time. The apartment is bright, clean, modern, quiet and cosy. We have found everything we needed for everyday life (e.g. cooking utensils, towels, bed linen, fast internet connection, a comfortable couch, and a large flat screen TV). The sea view from all three larger rooms is amazing, by day and by night. The location is also very advantageous: all important shops are in the immediate vicinity and within walking distance, such as a large supermarket, pharmacies, bakeries, vegetable and fruit markets, restaurants, etc. The neighborhood is also very well maintained. In 10-15 minutes you can reach the Alcaravaneras beach, several parks or the bus centre San Telmo (e.g. for excursions to the south of the island). The paths to the city centre, to the main beach Las Canteras or to the old town (Vegueta, Triana) are easy to follow by foot. The flat owner Esteban is a really great host to whom our well-being has always been a great concern. During the stay and even before, there was a very good exchange in terms of advices and short-term support for our individual issues. He was always available and at short notice on site, if necessary. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay in the apartment, which we very gladly recommend to others! :-)

Muy buena acogida y trato, centrico y de calidad
Estamos muy satisfecho con nuestra estancia, un bonito apartamento , bien equipado y buenas vistas y una situacion muy centrica en el paseo maritimo a medio camino de la playa de las canteras y el centro historico de vegueta, la acogida excelente se ha preocupado de informarnos de que visitar a lo largo de toda la estancia.
