"It is so charming it has everything you, a family, solo traveler needs: Great location, safety, strong air conditioning, hot water, clean and most importantly, reliable Wi-Fi. The property is gated, secure, and the staff is always present and courteous. My husband and I felt completely safe throughout my stay. The breakfast staff and housekeeping team Olympia and Lucia are Great — smiles with a great service ~Breakfast is included, and it’s fresh, delicious, and prepared with so much care. ~ Henry was so attentive to my requests, responsive, and made everything go so seamless. I called Henry prior to my stay regarding transport. He arranged an airport driver for us. José, was waiting for us with a sign: punctual, professional ~ He was very helpful through our hotel stay. ~ Erika was so nice and ready to assist you anytime. Henry and Erika made our stay so comfortable just like the previous time we stayed with a group. Their services are on point and has not change the quality is great. Will recommend this hotel for the many reasons mentioned above. Thank you all."

"Yes the buffet was good and fresh. Staff excellent Marlon and Maria very nice, professional and keeping clean the place. Reservation Suyen and Danilo too. The rent a car Kenia and Alison Super nice. Erika the housekeeper and Lenin the driver too. The Security Osmar. Thanks to all of the staff. A/C really good. The room clean. "

"We came back for the third time at this hotel. We love it there so much. The staff is great. - Everything is clean. - The king mattress is so comfortable. - No dog barking. - Handy customer service. - We called in the middle of the night and it was easy to do a check-in at 2 am, which was very helpful at that moment. - This neighborhood is very safe. - Luna, Daisy and Darwin are our highlight, as they are welcoming people and care about costumers. The breakfast is ok and could be improved as it's very simple ( adding more fruits, better coffee, tortillas, chilero). The pool could be better maintained but was ok to swim in it. We definitely recommend that hotel and we will come back again every time we go in Managua. Catarine and Dany"

"I like the hotel because it is in a quite street in Managua and there are noises of traffic (no car, buses, trucks and no hocking) and best of all no roosters in the morning either. Nice, friendly and helpfully front desk staff. Love the idea of having orange juice with vodka at the front desk for the guest."

"Todo me pareció excelente, las recepcionistas muy amables, tuve un inconveniente con el televisor e inmediatamente me mandaron al técnico a solucionarme. La vista muy linda me dieron viendo a la piscina. Solo fue cuestión de clima por el cual no la pude utilizar con mi hijo."
