"Unfortunately on arriving it became apparent straight away that somehow our booking had been missed. The hotel was not busy so they soon found us a room. Other than a couple of minor issues, phone in room not working, no milk for tea/coffee and having to request an iron, we had a wonderful stay. The staff are fantastic, so friendly and always on hand. Food and service was very good although disappointing that some restaurants were not open."

"Good location and close to where we needed to be. We stayed in the older part of the hotel, and our room was quite basic but the size was perfect for our family (two adults and one child). Very Good with a few minor grumbles
"Well placed hotel. Staff friendly & helpful. Room was clean & comfortable. Beds a bit too hard for our liking. Bathroom/shower one of the best. Unfortunately, it started with an island of hair, but easily removed. Also, there was a daily dance/aerobics across the road in the parc de foietes which was quite loud & made a siesta difficult (not connected to the hotel). We're been here 3 or 4 times over decades. Would still return in the future. "
