Casa Ola is a stylish, luxury villa in Los Nomades Villas, a beach front community on Playa Coson, award winning beach that is unspoiled and not overly populated. Casa Ola is relatively new, built in 2021. We also have Casa Bella, Casa Zen and Casa Isla in the same neighborhood all with great online reviews. Only a 2 minute walk to the beach from the villa! The Property has 5 bedrooms - 4 are king beds, 3 main level and 1 upstairs and then there is a Casita with a queen bedroom. The property is lushly landscaped with a private in-ground sparkling swimming pool w'swim platform & large outdoor covered porch.

THE SPACE
This tastefully decorated villa is spacious, very open with high ceilings. There are lots of couches with comfy cushions to accommodate large groups with ease. There are 3 king bedrooms on the main, all with ensuite bathrooms and soaring ceilings. The Master bedroom, also a king bed, is upstairs and has its own couch, ensuite bathroom and a window that looks down to the outside patio. The Casita, across from the pool, has a queen bed and an en suite bathroom.
The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of cabinets and all appliances including a dishwasher.
The home has a dedicated generator which will kick in should the power go out. There are air conditioning units in all bedrooms that are charged separately on departure. If you just use these at night it will be a minimal cost. There are also lots of effective ceiling fans.
The shutters have screens so stops bugs from entering.
There is a laundry room, usage of this is controlled by the house keeper.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests can access all spaces as this is a private villa. The pool is private to the home.
Our house keeper, will be by the property every other day to clean and maintain the villa. You can also speak to us to book a private chef for your stay, a yoga instructor to come by in the morning, or a masseuse to ease you into your afternoon relaxation.
The property is less than 15 minutes in a car to plenty of incredible restaurants ranging from chic Peruvian fusion, fresh French cuisine and homey Italian style foods. You can also rent ATV's and other vehicle types to get around. You can walk on the beach to get to Coson Bay Hotel for lunch, Luis’ for fresh fish or just a Pina Colada, or head the other direction to Playa Bonita to have lunch or afternoon drinks at the Mosquito Boutique Hotel, Beluga, So So Beach Club, Atlantic hotel- so lots of options. There you can try your hand at surfing, get a massage on the beach or relax in the bright turquoise waters!
If it’s a quick day trip you’re looking for, heading out from Fisherman's village you can get to the hidden beaches of Playa Jackson or Playa Escondida by boat, or if it’s a quick drive you’re looking for, head over to the incredible waterfall in Limon, unlike anything you’ve seen before! or take a cycling tour. From JAN-MARCH pop over to Samana bay for whale watching where the Hump Back Whales swim in to give birth.
