Water Purification System: The villa is equipped with a natural water purification system using live worms.

Usage Rules: It is prohibited to flush toilet paper down the toilet and use bleach.

Security: The residence has a private entrance monitored by security.

Parking: Free access to a covered parking space right in front of the house.

Guest access
If you have your own vehicle, you can park directly in the private parking lot of the villa. If you don't have a vehicle, you'll find taxis and mototaxis that can take you anywhere in the city and its surroundings. It is also possible to rent scooters, quads, and cars. Las Ballenas Beach and Pueblo de los Pescadores are nearby.


Once your reservation is confirmed, we will contact you via Whats/App. You will be given a meeting point where Genesis and her team will be waiting to take you to the accommodation. There, they will explain how the house works, give you the keys, and ask you to sign the rental contract.

During your stay, you can ask them anything you need through the group created especially for you, and they will do everything possible to assist you.

Other things to note
**Electricity Information:**

Like the vast majority of properties in Las Terrenas, electricity comes at an additional cost. The rate is 15 DOP/kWh. However, guests are granted 5 kilowatts free per day.

Upon arrival and departure, a photograph of the electric meter will be taken to ensure accurate calculation of your electricity consumption. Payment for the electricity consumed can be made directly to the host in cash at the time of departure. We recommend having a small amount of cash in pesos for this purpose. A receipt will be provided for your records.
