To enjoy this fabulous sea view, the villa is located on a hill. We recommend coming in a 4x4 vehicle.
We also have parking spaces for 3 vehicles down next to the gate of the residence, 100 meters from the villa.

Check-in is from 3 pm to 9 pm.
For check-ins after 9 pm (by prior arrangement only), an additional 1,000 pesos will be charged in cash.

Noelia, my sister, and person in charge of the villa will be present from 3 pm for check-in and to hand over the villa and keys, take a photo of the electric meter, and explain how all the amenities work.
It is important to pay close attention to her description to ensure you to enjoy all the amenities without any problems.

Noelia will always be available to answer your questions or address any issues that may arise.
She will be there upon departure, no later than 11 am. Please allow 1/2 hour for check-out and routine checks before departure.

Electricity consumption during your stay is to be paid separately.
With normal use of electrical equipment, the average price is US$10-15 per night.
The price of electricity in Las Terrenas is very high (US$15/kWh).
We ask that you use the air conditioning sparingly and, upon leaving the villa, lock the villa and turn off all lights and fans, including the air conditioning. Thank you very much.
