"Multiple things were disappointing. The room I reserved advertised it as a King Suite and the hotel had a pool and hot tub. The room I was placed in had a king bed but it was certainly not a suite. Standard basic room and it had an odor. The hotel did have a pool and hot tub but neither could be used. The desk clerk said they had to be inspected before the pool could open and it would be a couple weeks before they would be inspected. The listing also advertised free breakfast and in fact there was breakfast served from 6-9am but when we got to the lobby at 7:45, the buffet plans were nearly empty and no staff in sight."

"All the charm of mid-century furniture, with a very modern updated bathroom. The living area gave the 5 year old plenty of room to play, something new hotel rooms lack. Recommended for families! "

"This is a lovely hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative is lack of amenities. I understand the bar is opening soon and a restaurant is to come. That will be an improvement but there needs to be at the very least a snack counter. Soda, chips, etc"

"This is a budget hotel - you get what you pay for. The clerk was courteous enough, but offered no information including when check out was. There was not a breakfast tho it was advertised. The room was clean, but cramped. We had to hold in the plug to get the microwave to work. One plus - the shower was great!"
