"This hotel is quite nice, with a modern style and is the most eye-catching building in the surrounding area. Both breakfast and dinner are very good, and you can tell a lot of care has gone into them—better than many other four-star hotels. The Chinese-style fried noodles at dinner are especially delicious, even better than those at many Chinese restaurants. I hope to have the chance to come back here again in the future."

"The room that was given to us was really bad due to location. The hotel was located on a busy street where trams go all the time and the room is shaking every time they pass. We were wondering if we were given such bad room because we booked through Expedia and they give better rooms to other travelers? It was just weird because the hotel was less than 50% occupied. The breakfast is ok. I had it worse. Bathroom is very small. The beds are comfy. The location is good and close to other places. Parking is limited but we were lucky enough to park there. We would definitely NOT go there again even we visit Zagreb quite often. "

Additionally, the photos shown online do not accurately represent the reality of the property—they are misleading and create false expectations. We are left wondering who rated this hotel and on what basis, as it clearly does not meet standard hotel classification criteria. Overall, this experience was very disappointing, and we would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting a true four-star stay."
