"Rarely do I give a bad review, but this Hôtel warrants one. First, Expedia states shuttle available (for a fee) and that is not the case. This is really a step up from a hostel. Bare minimum. We booked a queen bed, got a double. This hotel is for those looking for a bed to sleep and shower. The staff were great- helpful."

"Staying here was the highlight of our Switzerland/Northern Italy trip. It is the perfect location if you want to to enjoy Como’s historic center…we walked to the same bar each night and were able to walk to different restaurants within 10 minutes. The hotel itself is stunning…the design elements of the hotel and rooms are totally unique. The service was top notch and each night felt like staying at a very stylish friend’s home. "You can take the bus N1 southbound to Como in the morning. When you take bus back from Como to St Fermo, you have to take metro 74 northbound. Be sure the bus to St Fermo, because some of the buses only to halfway!"
