"The room was comfortable and well equipped. No cleaning service unless you stay for more than 6-7 nights which needs to be improved. One of the front desk lady was rude when asked about towels. Wanted us to keep using the same after 4 days. For stays of more than 2 nights a second set of towels should be provided. If the weather is bad this location is quite inconvenient as you have to walk a good 5-7 minutes from the train/taxi with no cover. "

"Very bad communication between the hotel administration and the cleaningstaff. We arrived at the apt. around 3:00 pm and the apt. was not cleaned yet. We saw a man doing the cleaning in an other apt. He said that nobody told him we were coming that day. But the night before I talked to someone because I had not received the code to enter the apt. and I told her we were gone be there around 3:00 pm... Fortunately the nice man stop the job he was going and start cleaning our apt. Very nice ."

"My 2 bedroom apartment is very spacious. Clean, kitchen cookwares are enough for me to cook family dinner. The staff is friendly and helpful. Only thing inconvenient is the parking is temporarily unavailable due to the city road work. The price is fair too. "Gorgeous, spacious apartment with a cute kitchen right by the U2 and U4 lines. Mostly quiet neighborhood aside from a little noise from people enjoying the Donaukanal—which is also great to check out! You can just close the windows and it's all good. I was lucky to be there on the last true summer night and loved sipping cocktails and people-watching along the canal. Also a fairly quick walk to the Altstadt. Perfect!!"

Host was responsive in dealing with issues and you have the option to pay 20 euro for a 12pm late checkout which was convenient (subject to availability but it worked for us)."
