The pathway up to the restaurant and down to the town needs some work. Wifi was inconsistent. But…the view and feeling of the peace in this place will never be forgotten. "

"Apartments state they have a washing machine and tumble drier in the kitchen of the property. They do not. There is a washing machine that you can use within very limited hours on the ground floor of the block but no tumbler. Booked this specifically for this reason mid way through a 3 week holiday to allow us to wash clothing, so disappointed. Property owners seemed confused, stating that they had withdrawn from Hotels.com and then stating that our booking was safe, then refunding us the morning of checkout. No idea what was going on at all."

"Beautiful property, however we experienced a poor customer service during check in. We arrived around 1700 hours to the property after a long drive from Germany and they only had one employee doing check ins for the chalets. We waited with no issues and explained we were starving and exhausted and wanted to eat at the property restaurant but we were told the restaurant was full and couldn’t make any exceptions. The employee did not offer any help to look for you’re restaurants around whatsoever, we had to ask her and make the phone calls ourselves even though we didn’t speak German. Also, she never took the time to explain anything about the property, its ammenities and surrounding attractions. Very disappointing for such an expensive place."
