"We checked in late at night and noticed the restrooms were not clean. When I reported this issue the next morning, they said they wouldn't clean the lodge or the restroom during my stay. In short, there is no room service during your stay, which is not reasonable, and my request is very basic, which most hotels get done without any reluctance. Rooms are good, but the restrooms and bathrooms are subpar."
