"Room was dirty, carpet was filthy with cigarette burns. Furniture was dirty and torn. Walls had patches painted in different colors. Room was above a nightclub which had pounding bass until 2am. Room looked nothing like the picture advertised. Overall a terrible experience, would not recommend."

"WE HAVE STAYED AT THE W MANY TIMES AND WE LOVE IT THERE. THE STAFF IS ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL WITH EVERYTHING. WE RECEIVED A TEXT SHORTLY AFTER WE ARRIVED WELCOMING US AND LETTING US KNOW THAT IF THERE WAS ANYTHING AT ALL WE NEEDED TO LET THEM KNOW. THE HOTEL IS ALWAYS WELCOMING AND IN A VERY GOOD LOCATION. THE ROOMS ARE ALSO VERY CLEAN AND A NICE SIZE. WHENEVER WE GO TO LOS ANGELES WILL NEVER CONSIDER ANY PLACE OTHER THAN THE W."

"Overall okay except a few minor issues. Room was spacious and bed was super comfortable. Shower was also very spacious compared to any hotel I’ve visited. However, there was no phone to call the front desk and the tv wasn’t working at all. I had to walked down to the desk and told the guy but he only mentioned one thing which wasn’t solving the issue. I came back to my room and tv still didn’t work but I gave up because I did not want to walk up and down again. "

"Basic room, everything worked OK. Smell of old urine when first opened door. AC cleared it up. Bring your own face/wash cloths and cleanx. Shower was warm but no bath stopper, by design to save water. Great location near the strip, fast food nearby. I will use them again next year. Sm frig in room, and microwave in office We got two dbl beds to spread out on."

"I don’t usually leave reviews, but this stay was bad enough that I feel I need to. I’ve stayed here before, but this visit confirmed I won’t be returning. The hallways and interior rooms smell heavily of moisture, and our first room was so bad it was hard to breathe—even with a dehumidifier running. Looking back, I should have paid closer attention to reviews because it seems like mold is a common issue here, which is honestly concerning. We ended up switching rooms three times. The second room initially seemed better, but at 4am I discovered the shower had no showerhead—just a pipe spraying water. Then the TV didn’t work, and staff couldn’t fix it, so we had to pack up and move again. That same room was also right by the kitchen and facing construction, so it was noisy and constantly smelled like food. After all the inconvenience and wasted time (while I was here for work and just trying to rest), I asked for a late checkout and was denied, despite seeing availability online. At the end of the day, the price makes sense—but not in a good way. Between the smell, maintenance issues, noise, and multiple room changes, I’d strongly recommend staying elsewhere"
