"I cannot say it is exactly a hotel but it is like an apartment with hotel rooms where the rooms was spacious and clean and most important it was warm which was needed after being out in the cold, the shower pressure was great. Staff were pleasant and very supportive specially Lucia she went extra miles for us.
One recommendation is to serve breakfast at le Terrazze di san Giovanni not using vouchers and have breakfast outside it will be more convenient

"We had a slight issue upon check in, which was handled amazingly by staff. Things arise, and we all need to understand this. We decided to go for dinner and return. Upon our return we had oyr issue resolved :)
Staff: friendly, kind, up-beat, helpful and outgoing. Whatever questions we had, they were answered.
Rooms: clean, well maintained. Smelled nice due to diffusers.
Breakfast: it is definitely more of a European breakfast buffet. The cappuccino is excellent:)
