"The room smelled fresh and clean. The bed sheets were clean and fresh. Having 4 pillows is perfect. Only suggestion is that you provide wash cloths for the shower. And did the leaky sink in room 103. Everything else was great. The ladies at the front desk were customer service oriented and friendly. The decor of the hotel is amazing. "

"The room was large and clean. The staff was very nice and friendly. But the breakfasts were amazing. We were there for 21 nights and couldn't wait to see what the menu items for breakfast were. Seriously they should have a full restaurant. On the down side. The internet could be iffy. You had many choices of connections and we had to use a variety of them. So more of a nuisance then bad. Also the hot water was tricky. You either had very hot water, or cold. But all in all this was a great hotel, in a great location. We would highly recommended it. would highly recommend it."

"This was a great hotel. Very clean and staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking was very easy and accessible. It was close to a lot of restaurants, vendors, and shopping areas within walking distance. Transportation to other towns is right at the corner from the hotel. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Highly recommended!"

"Had read some other lackluster reviews, but so glad we stayed at Hotel Victoria. We loved our double superior room with full windows and balcony. The grounds and pool area were well maintained, the room was spotless, the food in the restaurant was excellent, and all the staff were so friendly and attentive. A great way to start our month of travels in Oaxaca! Many thanks!"

"The room is a good size and hotel has a good location. Front desk was very helpful. There was a guy who was especially patient with us, but I don't know his name. Basically all of them were helpful. Breakfast was good, and I liked the fact they served almost until last minutes before they closed. Restaurant staff was nice and attentive. The only thing I will change - I thought there was a pool and a tub there. However, it was not a jacuzzi, but little tub with cool water and massage. There were pretty cold evenings. I would prefer it would be a hot tub. "
