"Wauw! Many reviews are describing a worn down and old hotel. Well - old is true. And worn down is semi true on a few things like the windows and carpets. BUT! Travelling more than 100 days a year, I have rearly visited a hotel with this amount of charme! They truly keep this in the 60’s style. It is amazing - like a small German time machine going back to those times. And the staff were all very friendly and helpfull. Ofcourse it is old! It’s from the 60’s.. "Sehr schönes Hotel in der Lüneburger Heide. Sehr hundefreundlich, gute Ausstattung, großes Zimmer. Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer. Das Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen, wir haben hervorragend gegessen. Einziges Manko bei unserem Besuch war der piepende Rauchmelder und die Erreichbarkeit in der Nacht."
