"Hotel is very close to the train station and a pleasant walk to Mirabell Gardens and the Old Town. All of Salzburg is very walkable with option to take the free buses in town and through the region. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast buffet excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful."

"The hotel is in a great location with lots of restaurants and bars within minutes. The hotel was fantastic, the room was great, extremely cleaned and the house keeping staff were great too. Reception staff were great and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast was really good and the staff were extremely quick to ensure the food was available all the time. Great hotel with excellent staff."

"Very nice room, though because of its main location it can be noisy. Also the room was kind of warm and the temperature could not be raised or lowered, it’s either off or on. Close to restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and the included breakfast was good. Parking is not on site as stated but not to far a walk."

"The location of the hotel was within walking distance 5-15 minutes walking distance of all major sights & shopping & restaurants. The hotel building and room extremely clean, updated, spacious and very comfortable. Front desk and breakfast staff extremely friendly & efficient. The only downside was the room location was located at street in front of busy and noisy bus stop. Only noticeable while windows open. Also we were on the first floor above the restaurant so the sound of moving chairs at night was constant until around 23:00. We would stay here again and just request a room on a higher floor on the other side."
