"The apartment was not as described or pictured. I paid for a two bedroom apartment with a living room. There was only one bedroom and a kitchen. There was no living room and the 2nd bedroom was a bed in the kitchen. Also, someone put a huge dent in our rental car in the parking lot, which is going to cost us a lot of money. There is no way this person didn’t realize what they did, based on the size of the dent. So be careful parking back there. "

We spent more than 1 hour trying to find the building in the video that were sent to us. But the video was misleading and the code was wrong. It was a horrible experience . "Great property! Place was bigger than expected and very clean. Great to be able to do a load of wash mid trip. Lovely to have a bath also. Kitchen is due for a Reno but is adequate. "Check in was easy. The cottage is very lovely with nice windows in all directions. We also got to enjoy the peaceful outdoor hot tub as well. Host communication was excellent. We were sort of stuck because there was an overnight snow storm. But host came to clear the snow for us very quickly. Overall we loved and enjoyed very much of our stay."

"Easy check in at the bar of the on-site restaurant. Comfortable and clean. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast included in the price- a rarity! As the halls are all wood floors and the doors are too it could easily get very loud for some travelers. If you try to be aware of your noise levels it isn’t an issue"
